VIP-class cottages

Twenty two-storied cottages each of which bear the name of one of the great cities of Russia, built in accordance with a uniform project and are located in a picturesque part of the complex on the coast of the Gulf of Finland.
Each cottage of 1200 square meters, with two living-rooms, two private offices, two bedrooms, a dining room for 12 persons, a kitchen, three hotel rooms, a sauna, swimming-pool, gym, premises for escorting persons, security and staff, car parking.
The cottages are equipped with all modern communication means.
